Job summary

ETS in the United States is seeking a Packaging Operator for in-person work on the 1st shift in a manufacturing environment focusing on infant formula production.

You will operate and monitor packaging lines, perform quality checks, maintain paperwork, prepare and sanitize work areas, and collaborate with teammates to hit daily production targets. Benefits include weekly pay, health insurance, retirement plans, and on-demand wages.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery such as de-palletizers, fillers, labelers, and casers.
• Perform quality checks and resolve minor issues independently.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork, both hard copy and digital.
• Set up, clean, and organize work areas, including equipment preparation and sanitation.
• Reload production materials onto equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
