Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Basic math and visual quality inspection skills.

• Attention to detail in packaging and labeling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack paper dishes into bags and boxes according to production schedules.
• Work collaboratively with team members to cover multiple machines and maintain workflow.
• Prepare, assemble, and label boxes for finished products.
• Monitor product quality, remove defective items, and communicate equipment issues to supervisors.
• Replenish packaging supplies and maintain cleanliness of work area throughout and at the end of shift.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
