Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent civilian/military education.
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to wear PPE including hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform.
• OSHA forklift certification (Mars on-site training).

Responsibilities

• Operate food-safe machinery and production lines safely and efficiently.
• Assess equipment reliability and perform routine repairs and adjustments.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance with the Maintenance team.
• Conduct food safety and quality checks (metal detection, date codes, dump logs).
• Keep logs and shift documentation in production systems.
• Safely operate a forklift to manage material flow and inventory.
