Inland Packaging is seeking a Day Shift Operator in La Crosse, WI. The role involves setting up and operating a label-cutting machine, ensuring product quality, and cross-training across production processes.

The successful candidate will work rotating 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, starting at $22.00 per hour. Typically you will cross-train, perform QA checks, and collaborate to meet production goals.

Starting Wage: $22.00/hour

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

• Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
• Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
