Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks an experienced Permanent Operating Room RN to join our Manhattan, KS surgical team. Enjoy day shifts with no on-call and predictable scheduling, while providing intraoperative care across orthopedic and other specialties.

Candidates should have an active KS RN license (or compact), BLS and ACLS, and orthopedic surgery experience, including total joint replacements. Meditech Expanse proficiency is preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas (or compact)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience in orthopedic surgery strongly preferred
• Circulating/assisting across general, ENT, GYN, Spine, Urology, and cataract procedures

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality intraoperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties
• Assist with surgical suite setup and sterile field preparation
• Maintain patient safety and efficient room turnovers with surgeons and anesthesia
• Adapt to varying case loads including orthopedics, ENT, GYN, spine, urology, cataracts
• Maintain complete clinical documentation (Meditech Expanse)
