Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• RMA or CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and medical tasks in an occupational health setting.
• Work under direction of a physician and an RN.
• Organizes the clinical environment and provides support in daily tasks.
• Collect data points (vital signs, glucose, etc.) to assist the RN/Physician.
• Collect urine specimens following Chain of Custody procedures.
• Document care in patient medical records per policy.
• Assist with injury care, screenings, and occupational health tests.
• Maintain laboratory files and inventories; stock carts/rooms.
• Greet patients, answer phones, and protect patient confidentiality.
• Keep the facility clean and compliant with safety guidelines.
