Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Nurse Administrator to promote quality patient care and safety. This role directs staffing and bed management on assigned shifts and serves as the on-site administrator after hours.

Qualified candidates hold RN licensure in Georgia with at least 3 years hospital experience. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing is preferred, ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications support the role.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia is required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain quality patient care and safety on assigned shift.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate with Admissions and Bed Control to optimize flow.
• Monitor bed availability and implement surge capacity as needed.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate shift-to-shift staffing.
• Act as on-site hospital administrator after normal hours.
