Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support our healthcare team in providing compassionate patient care. This role focuses on basic needs such as bathing, hygiene, feeding, and mobility, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Applicable experience is less than 1 year, with Basic Life Support required (American Heart Association or Red Cross). The position is part-time during the day, across our Kansas City region, and emphasizes patient safety and clear teamwork

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care such as bathing, hygiene, elimination, toileting, nutrition, feeding and hydration and ambulation.
• Assist with positioning and mobility activities.
• Support patient safety and comfort through regular rounds and clear communication with the care team.
