Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized Nursing Assistant program.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Holding a valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.
• Immunization documentation as specified and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients, take vital signs, and collect information for the patient visit.
• Provide medical support services, assist with immunization checkups, and coordinate referrals.
• Work with COVID screening team and other clinic staff as requested.
• Document in the electronic health record and notify providers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
