Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited NP program.
- Current RN license and NP license/certification.
- Prescriptive authority under collaborative practice agreement.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, prescribes, initiates plan of care and evaluates outcomes under a physician collaborative practice agreement.
- Prescriptive responsibilities reviewed by collaborative physician.
- Develops treatment plans and treats acute illnesses and minor injuries following protocol under physician collaboration.
- Educates staff and patients to promote health and wellness and coordinate referrals.
