What You'll Be Doing
Operate motor grader to spread and level materials such as gravel, earth, and stone.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
Collaborate with site supervisors and crew to meet project specifications and timelines.
Monitor work area for safety hazards and report issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to operate motor grader equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong understanding of grading techniques and construction site protocols.
Ability to read and interpret grade stakes and blueprints.
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to changing site conditions.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.

Starting Pay $28.00 per hour DOE
