What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate motor grader to spread and level materials such as gravel, earth, and stone.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and operational.

  • Collaborate with site supervisors and crew to meet project specifications and timelines.

  • Monitor work area for safety hazards and report issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate motor grader equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Strong understanding of grading techniques and construction site protocols.

  • Ability to read and interpret grade stakes and blueprints.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

  • Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
