Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice or current Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
• NRP certification required if not held; must be obtained within 60 months of hire.
• 3+ years of RN experience in women's services in an acute care setting.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 29.5 FTEs across a 22-bed Mother Baby unit with an average census of 15.
• Lead planning, organizing, staffing, and day-to-day direction of unit operations.
• Develop policies and procedures guiding care delivery and quality improvement.
• Provide hands-on leadership to a tenured nursing staff to maintain high performance.
