The Wenger Group is seeking a Mill Technician I to join our grain and feed production team in Pennsylvania. You will perform grain testing, assist with adding feed ingredients, and support inventory and maintenance activities while adhering to safety standards.
Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with occasional supervision. Physical effort includes lifting up to 60 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

The Mill Technician I is an integral and important part of a team and is responsible for grain testing and the manual addition of feed ingredients in accordance with operating procedures. In addition, they will be introduced to inventory management, maintenance, repair, and operation of production-related equipment as well as housekeeping activities. Mill technicians are responsible for compliance with all company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
