Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Respiratory Medical Surgical RN to join a patient-centered Med Surg team. You will deliver quality care on the unit and collaborate with a skilled, supportive team.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards, ensure age-appropriate care for patients across the lifespan, and develop care plans in line with policies. ADN and OK RN license required; BLS within 14 days.

Qualifications

• ADN required; current OK or multi-state RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care according to unit standards.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care for patients on the Med Surg unit.
• Develop and revise care plans in line with policies.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
