Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day shift, full-time Medical-Surgical 4th floor Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide professional nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and may serve as Charge Nurse as needed.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, an active NM nursing license (or NM compact) within 90 days of hire, BLS within 14 days of hire, and ACLS/PALS per department needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Active NM nursing license or NM compact license within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required by hiring department.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for Medical-Surgical patients on the 4th floor.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and support staff.
• May serve as Charge Nurse and ensure compliance with policies and patient safety.
