Job summary

Siemens SI - North America in Wendell, NC is seeking a Material Handler to move materials, receive, store, pick, ship, and manage inventory in SAP. Roles include operating forklifts and RF scanners, counting stock, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipments.

The position requires 3+ years in warehousing, 2+ years forklift experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with English proficiency and US work authorization. Mon-Fri shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in material management (warehousing).
• 2+ years’ experience driving a forklift, order picker and stand up.
• Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive production materials and record them in SAP.
• Count and verify incoming materials in the storeroom and pick materials with RF scanners.
• Efficiently pack and ship materials and ensure proper documentation for drivers.
• Operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts.
• Follow safety rules and established processes; work independently with attention to detail.
