Job summary

The Toro Company, operating the Ditch Witch facility, is seeking a Dayshift Material Handler to support warehouse operations. You will fill orders, stock parts, and deliver items using forklifts or Raymond, while unloading trucks and performing routine forklift maintenance.

Success requires reading and clerical accuracy, basic math, and prior forklift experience or certification. The role entails a manufacturing environment with variable shifts and overtime expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and/or certification preferred.
• Reading, clerical, and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Read information from various documents.
• Locate and identify parts in the warehouse.
• Use a forklift, Raymond, or hoist to move or deliver parts and containers.
• Count or weigh-count parts using scales.
• Use a computer to check location, inventory, and routing/ordering of parts.
• Perform routine service on forklifts (propane, oil, radiator, cleaning).
