Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; company can provide certification/training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable performing physical work and being on your feet for the majority of the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that may be messy at times.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the facility
• Handle recyclable, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste according to procedures
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Label, sort, stage, and organize materials in designated areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep materials moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work around liquid consumer products and materials that may be messy or require cleanup
