Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Billerica, MA seeks a Manufacturing Operator for days shift (Mon-Fri, 6 am to 2:30 pm) to support highly automated membrane production.

You will operate equipment, analyze process data, and contribute to continuous improvement in a cleanroom environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, about 1 year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 50 lb, read procedures, and use basic measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and use hand tools.
• Walk and stand during entire shift in a clean room environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, operation shutdown and related steps to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Analyze process data and determine actions to achieve quality, yield and efficiency.
• Utilize HMIs, SCADA and SPC to identify and correct shifts in the process.
• Ensure adequate raw material and timely membrane batch completion for on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/safety issues and optimize production efficiency.
• Use computer systems for material movement, transactions and quality management.
• Support continuous improvement including process development and validations.
• Follow SOPs, document work, and ensure PPE compliance.
