Qualifications

• High school diploma as minimum education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of basic math for counting and calculations.

• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned team to meet production schedules.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality tests.
• Review operator paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Inspect production systems' integrity and performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop crew members.
• Optimize use of employees and equipment.
• Understand computerized systems used in the facility.
• Drive continuous improvement and production efficiency.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety rules.
• Complete the Atkore immersion program within 3 months.
