Job summary

Trillium Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in the Fowlerville, Michigan area at our client facility, a leading manufacturer. The position offers a day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Duties include visual checks of parts produced, supporting machine operations, basic troubleshooting, use of hand tools for authorized adjustments and minor repairs, and maintaining logs and daily production counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Steel-toe boots and PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Visual checks of parts produced.
• Keep machine operations, apply basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Use of basic hand tools. Complete authorized adjustments and minor repairs.
• Maintain logs, daily production counts and other required paperwork.
