Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in Fowlerville, MI. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour plus a $1,000 attendance bonus. Shifts vary: 1st from 6am/7am, 2nd from 2pm/3pm, 3rd from 10pm/11pm. The role involves operating CNC and assembly machinery, inspecting parts, and keeping records. Training is provided; background check required.

Physical work includes standing, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and wearing PPE. Benefits are available and the posting lasts 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required (we will train!).
• Ability to read technical materials and follow detailed instructions.
• Schedule: Willing to work any shift and overtime up to 12 hours/day, 7 days/week.
• Screening: Must pass an oral drug screen and criminal background check.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; stand/walk continuously; wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment, assembly machinery, and hand tools.
• Perform quality inspections using gauges/micrometers to meet blueprints.
• Move materials with pallet trucks and maintain production records.
• Keep the workstation clean and safe.
