Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment across departments within the location. The role requires adhering to schedules, maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and using a range of tools.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience with conveyors, hydraulic and electrical systems, plus welding and fabrication skills. Basic hand and power tools proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience repairing and maintaining conveyors, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Proficient in using a variety of tools and measurement devices to diagnose and complete repairs.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment for various departments within a location.
• Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at worksite. Works overtime as assigned.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping.
• Utilizes a variety of tools to repair and perform preventative maintenance to equipment; inspects and replaces damaged parts; welds parts as needed; assists with minor electrical repairs.
• Reads and interprets manuals or communicates with vendors to ensure equipment is properly maintained or installed.
• Collects and discards worn machine parts; cleans machines; measures, mixes, prepares, and tests chemical solutions used to clean or repair machinery.
