Job summary

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the day shift to support Purina Animal Nutrition plants across the United States. You will maintain and repair facility and production equipment, work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to read manuals, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance. Preferred candidates have forklift/LOTO experience and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities
