Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician IV in Wisconsin to maintain facility and production equipment, ensuring uptime and quality. The role covers installation, maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

You will work within a team to support Purina Animal Nutrition operations nationwide. Shift: M-F 1 PM-9:30 PM; overtime as needed. Starting pay is $30.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with safety and quality processes

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions.
• Basic computer, math, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with plant personnel.
• Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all plant safety and quality processes.
• Reliable and consistent attendance and work performance.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery issues to ensure machinery uptime.
• Perform in-field modifications to machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work, parts, calibrations, and testing.
• Effectively communicate across all departments and shifts.
• Prioritize work requirements and demands to ensure plant success.
