• 1–2 years of experience in Senior Housing maintenance or as a handyman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant and grounds
• Work with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies
• Turn around apartments for showcasing and renting to residents
• Actively communicate scheduled maintenance
• Assist the department director with tasks as assigned
