SilverCrest's Summit Place Senior Living in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a full-time daytime role. Compensation is $21-$25/hour with on-call rotation.

You will maintain the facility and assist in turning around apartments for showings, working with leadership to meet annual goals. 1–2 years in senior housing maintenance or as a handyman is preferred; boilers and pool licenses are a plus. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in diligently maintaining the physical plant and grounds
• Work with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them
• Turn around apartments for showcasing and renting to prospective residents
• Actively communicate scheduled maintenance
• Assist the department director with tasks as assigned
