Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a maintenance professional to perform essential repairs and support tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical systems under supervision. The role requires documenting records neatly and timely responses to daily work orders and emergencies.

A high school diploma or 5+ years experience and a valid Driver's License are required, along with ability to perform electrical maintenance per codes, and to participate in training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 5+ years experience required.
• 3+ years of general work experience required.
• Driver's License required.
• Ability to perform electrical equipment maintenance per applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.
• Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision.
• Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
• Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs.
• Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
