Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Yankton, SD for a local company with a relaxed work environment. Day shift hours are Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with potential Friday morning hours as needed.

Pay is DOE. You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, perform general building repairs (drywall, painting, doors, fixtures), and complete routine maintenance on tarp fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and identify needed repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform general building repairs, including drywall, painting, doors, and fixtures.
• Complete routine maintenance on tarp fabrication equipment.
• Clean and maintain the facility.
• Order supplies and materials needed for repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
