Job summary

Bundy Baking Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift) for Rockdale, IL. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance, supervising the team, and ensuring safety and quality in pan processing. Reports to the Plant Manager and requires weekend work with Tue/Wed off sometimes.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and be able to perform heavy lifting, operate mechanical systems, and uphold PPE standards to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, MSDS, manuals and procedures.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy items and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Break/fix hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors and wiring as needed.
• Ensure pans are processed on time and supervise shift activities.
• Schedule shift times in coordination with the plant manager.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure PPE and safety checks are followed.
• Communicate clearly with the plant manager and team; document work-orders.
