Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a manufacturing Team Member to support startup, setup, and operation of equipment in a fast-paced automotive plant. You will help ensure quality and safety while moving parts between processes and assisting with downtime reduction.

Responsibilities include performing pre-shift inspections, changeovers, data entry, and 5S housekeeping. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to safely operate production equipment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support startup and setup of processes and equipment.
• Record startup results and report abnormalities to leads.
• Perform end-of-shift readiness checks.
• Assist with machine changeovers and tooling checks.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
• Follow safety and quality policies.
