Job summary

Elevate, part of the Amrize family, seeks a Machine Operator to monitor, maintain and operate equipment in a dusty indoor manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality checks and adherence to standard work instructions while supporting continuous improvement.

Shift is Mon-Thu, 5am-3pm with an hourly rate of $25.84. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and mechanical aptitude, with training provided to operate new equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred with mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read instruction sheets and use measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Work Instructions and Company Policies
• Adhere/Follow all safety rules
• Alert supervision to product quality or machine operation concerns
• Maintain the 5S standard of the assigned area
• Prepare and calibrate the machine to run according to the daily production schedule
• Validate batch information and check equipment status in the production system
• Monitor each run for quality and efficiency and adjust settings as needed
• Capture production run details and input data into the production database
• Maintain the hour-by-hour board
• Other duties as assigned
