Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift to safely operate production equipment, meet quality standards, and help deliver medical-surgical products relied on by healthcare providers. The role requires experience in manufacturing, ability to read English, basic math, and physical stamina.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) required.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must follow clean room procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and set up production and packaging equipment safely.
• Perform minor maintenance and address issues with equipment; involve maintenance when needed.
• Verify inserts, labels, and packaging for each lot; ensure product quality.
• Document machine attributes and parameters on forms/logs.
• Load, transport, and securely package finished products.
• Maintain line clearance, communicate with packers, and complete scrap reports.
