The role emphasizes reliability, detail orientation, and the ability to monitor quality, document logs, and adjust machinery as needed. Day shift from 6am to 4pm with opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Technical certification or degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a machine operator preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and production procedures.
• Ability to read tape measure preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine safety and maintenance checks prior to each production cycle.
• Calibrate, adjust settings, and clean machines to ensure good operating conditions
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
• Feed raw materials through machines
• Monitor output to ensure it meets quality control standards
• Maintain detailed records of activity logs, defective units, and final products
