Our client is a growing plastics company in Oshkosh seeking a Machine Operator Assistant on the Day shift. Shift is 6am to 6pm with a 2-2-3 schedule; this is a full-time role paying $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Location: Oshkosh.

As part of the day crew, you will operate production equipment and assist the Machine Operator, contributing to a tenured team while maintaining reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. A permanent transition may follow the temporary assignment.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods on the job.
• Steel-toed boots required and PPE provided.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
