Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Irving, TX. Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm, with opportunities to contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment.

Join a supportive team that emphasizes accurate documentation, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with families and healthcare staff. Must hold a valid Texas LVN license and pass all screenings.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas LVN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plan and physician’s orders.
• Administer and manage medication.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
• Maintain appropriate medication and supply inventory as applicable.
• Provide patient education in accordance with established plan of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
