Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience in a related environment (farming, agriculture, landscaping, carpentry, mechanical, construction, etc.).
• Prefer forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop skillsets required to operate lumber production equipment with a team to meet facility production goals.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and electrical staff to identify deficiencies and support root-cause resolution.
• Learn preventative maintenance practices to maintain machine center reliability.
• Perform tasks in a non-climate controlled industrial setting, including lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
