Starting pay is $22 per hour, with an earning potential of $25 after training. Day shifts run 6 am to 6 pm on 12-hour rotations in a non-climate controlled environment, requiring physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience or equivalent work experience.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate lumber production equipment to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with operations, reliability, mechanical, and electrical staff to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Learn preventative maintenance practices to improve machine reliability.
• Perform tasks in a non-climate controlled environment including lifting up to 50 lbs for up to 12 hours a day.
