Job summary

Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking a DAY 7a-7p LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and educate families about care.

The role requires a current Florida LPN license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced long-term care setting. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide wound care and monitor healing.
• Develop and implement care plans with the care team.
• Take routine vital signs and assess resident conditions.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and medications.
