Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a day shift, full-time position at an Urgent Care in Topeka, Kansas. The LPN will collect data and provide patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, following the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and SFHC policies.

The role requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, an active LPN license in Kansas, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Preferred experience in related settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current License as LPN in the State of Kansas.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Practical Nurse collects data and provides patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse as defined by the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of SFHC.
• The LPN reports to the Clinic Manager or designee.
