Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team on the day shift (7a-7p). The role emphasizes delivering quality nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and providing supervision to CNAs in a supportive, standards-driven environment.

Qualified candidates have an accredited LPN program graduate, an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and ideally one year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; active LPN/LVN license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Maintain compliance with Life Care standards and regulations.
