Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and report changes.
Assist with assessments and care plans.
Wound care and specimen collection as needed.
Document care in EMR accurately.
Educate patients and families on plan of care.
Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers.
Maintain safe, clean, therapeutic environment.
