Job summary

Majestic Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift in a nursing home setting. You will provide quality nursing care to residents while adhering to facility policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents’ health, assisting with care planning, communicating with physicians and families, supervising CNAs, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status.
• Assist with care planning and resident assessments.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure proper resident care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly.
