Job summary

Yuma Regional Medical Center dba Onvida Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse I (LPN) to provide nursing care under the direct supervision of an RN. The LPN will administer medications and treatments accurately and align care with the patient care plan and organizational policies.

Responsibilities include data collection, documentation, and collaboration with the RN/health care team to update individual plans of care.

Qualifications

• High School Equivalency Diploma or equivalent.
• Active AZ LPN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
