Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners.
• Participate in controlled substance counts and respond to health emergencies.
• Assist in medical procedures and document nursing encounters.
• Attending mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
