Southern Health Partners at Craven County Jail in North Carolina is seeking a Full Time LPN on the day shift to provide essential nursing care. The role offers a 35-hour work week with a rotating schedule and a sign-on & retention bonus.
You will deliver nursing care and treatment, administer medications, perform assessments, document care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care.
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs.
- Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
- Follow all facility and company policies and procedures.
