Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant LTL or Warehouse experience required.
• Cross Docking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Dispatching experience preferred.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise loading and unloading of freight; may supervise delivery of freight.
• Train, monitor and enforce dock procedures and freight flow.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation; monitor load forecasts.
• Assist in supervision of dock and driving personnel.
• Assist in shift planning and driver dispatch.
• Interface with customers for will-call freight, tracking, and inquiries.
