Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Driver / Warehouse Operator for day shifts. This dual role combines local pickup/delivery with warehouse duties, operating vehicles up to 26,000 lb GVWR and following DOT/FMCSR and site safety rules.

You'll verify shipments, load/unload, perform receiving, put-away, and order picking, keep accurate records, and interact professionally with customers. Forklift certification and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate MHE and provide safe handling of goods.
• Forklift certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Pass background checks and drug/alcohol tests as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles within a local ~20 air-mile radius to deliver and pick up freight.
• Load and unload freight, verify bills, and check dimensions.
• Perform receiving, put-away, order picking, and staging of shipments.
• Maintain organized storage areas, accurate records, and safety compliance.
• Comply with SOPs, safety policies, and OSHA/MSDS standards.
