Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must read and interpret specifications.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and production processes from start to finish.
• Manage raw materials, produce parts on the line, and prepare finished goods.
• Set up and shut down production efficiently for continuity.
• Handle tooling safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Move materials with a forklift as needed within the plant.
• Identify and resolve production issues to meet targets.
