Job summary

Southern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Venango County Prison, Pennsylvania. This full-time day shift runs 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM with a rotating schedule including every other weekend.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, document in EMR, and collaborate with providers. A PA LPN license and CPR/BLS are required or obtainable; correctional nursing experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Correctional nursing experience is welcome but not required.
